Robin is an active member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, the American Massage Therapy Association, and teaches part-time in the Massage Therapy program at the Florida College of Natural Health. In her limited spare time, she enjoys reading, theater, boating and bringing the joys of relaxation and wellness to others through Reflexology and Massage Therapy.
Robin believes that Massage Therapy is an important part a good health and wellness program.
Regular massage helps to de-stress the body and mind, improve circulation, improve the immune system , reduce the discomfort of tight and sore muscles, increase flexibility and range of motion, and can even help you think more clearly. She generally naturally incorporates some energy work (Reiki or Acupressure) into her regular massages.
