Robin Trotter is a native of Fairfield County, Connecticut, now living in Apollo Beach, Florida. For many years she has recognized the healing power of Touch.

Following a business career as a Human Resources Professional in the Healthcare field, Robin has made a reality of her dream of helping others find a healthier, more serene path. After graduating with High Honors from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Robin became licensed as a Massage Therapist in Connecticut where she worked in day spas as well as with private clients. She is now licensed in Florida as well and is looking forward to bringing the many benefits of therapeutic massage and reflexology to you.

Robin specializes in relaxation massage and energy work, concentrating on Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Healing Stone Massage (a combination of hot, warm, cool and cold stones), Myofascial, and Energy work.

Robin is an active member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, the American Massage Therapy Association, and teaches part-time in the Massage Therapy program at the Florida College of Natural Health. In her limited spare time, she enjoys reading, theater, boating and bringing the joys of relaxation and wellness to others through Reflexology and Massage Therapy.

Robin believes that Massage Therapy is an important part a good health and wellness program.
Regular massage helps to de-stress the body and mind, improve circulation, improve the immune system , reduce the discomfort of tight and sore muscles, increase flexibility and range of motion, and can even help you think more clearly. She generally naturally incorporates some energy work (Reiki or Acupressure) into her regular massages.

My personal journey into Yoga and Wellness began in 1998 when I found myself in a high-pressure, demanding corporate management job. I sought out Yoga as a way to manage my mental and physical stress, but found a path for balance and centered mindfulness in my everyday life. Through Yoga, I felt peace, personal satisfaction and bliss from my practice on a level that I hadn't experienced before. I have dedicated the past 6 years of my life on a path of learning and sharing the gift of Yoga and Wellness with my students and clients.

My teaching style reflects my own personal journey, which is influenced by many styles of yoga. I meet students where they are from gentle to power yoga. With my considerable training and understanding of the physiology of the human body, I am able to be in-tune and fully present with my individual students and help them achieve their goals for wellness and personal growth. I strive to keep my students safety and comfort a priority, while providing a fun, light-hearted session, focused on the mind-body connection. I am available for private sessions and Thai Yoga Massage by appointment.
