Intro to Yoga Beginner 4 week Series
2008-10-06 10:24Sundays from 2pm to 4pm beginning Oct 12th!
Never seen your toes, nevermind touched them? Thought you were too tight, too tall, too old, too fill-in-the-blank for yoga? Well this class series is for you! Beginning the first Sunday of each month and lasting 4 weeks, this sequential class starts from the ABSOLUTE beginning, starting with how/where to roll out your mat and an introduction to breathing, then leading into the names of poses and why we put them in the order we do, to where your femur bone is and why we place our hands together and say funky stuff in another language. Meant to be taken as a series, there are no make-ups so we encourage you to take them all, and this series prepares you to step into another class with any of our skilled and happy teachers. Relax! It's just yoga!
$50 for the 4 weeks. Sign up now!
