You know I love coming to Serenity Stream, and I appreciate all the great teachers, especially Sarah, Ellen, Tiffany, and Marion. Last month I started an early Vinyasa class with Heather, and she is just amazing. Today I left class standing taller and feeling more in balance than ever!
Thanks to her for all her work with me these past few weeks, and thanks again to everyone at Serenity Stream for the bliss and peace they provide in this very crazy world.
