Newbie Yoga is a 2 week workshop that introduces the basics of yoga. We will explore meditation, the breath, relaxation techniques, yoga poses like Triangle and Warrior I along with many others. This workshop is geared towards brand new yogis and yoginis alike. Come and experience all of the great things yoga has to offer for both the mind, body and the spirit!
