Hatha Slow Flow
Begin your day and week with a mindful slow flow practice designed to gently warm and energize both body and mind. This class incorporates some longer holds but also links movement with breath in slower paced yinyasas and sun salutations. Core alignment, breath, and mindful awareness are emphasized. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you're a beginner or a more experienced practitioner looking to transition into regular Vinyasa classes.
Hatha Yoga
Experience full body relaxation with classic yoga postures, breathing, and body awareness with emphasis on alignment. This class is great for all levels including beginners to the intermediate student. Respect your body and only do what you can do. It's a great way to 'reboot' your body and mind - to have more clarity, focus, and flexibility.
Hatha Challenge
This traditional Hatha class is for the experienced beginner to the intermediate student. We will focus on building postures from the ground up that naturally lead to more creative sequencing. In addition to building strong foundations, Ellen will incorporate 'Inversions Free Time', encouraging students to play with inversions varying from basic dolphin to more challenging poses. Hatha Challenge is an invigorating class for students with a strong foundation in yoga basics looking to shake things up and take their practice to another level
Gentle Hatha

Yoga Express (Hatha)
All Aboard! Got a lot to do today, but still want the benefits of your regular Hatha practice? This 60 minute class will allow you to experience full body relaxation with classic yoga postures, breathing, and body awareness without cutting into your busy Saturday. Appropriate for all levels including beginners to the intermediate student. Get the most out of your day, leaving refreshed, relaxed and ready to tackle your day!
Christian Yoga
Come explore the world of Christian Yoga, balancing your deep spiritual roots while honoring the temple God has given you. In this class we will begin with a Bible based focus, reading Scripture to support that intention. Students will learn to connect their breath with the flow from posture to posture, centering on the spiritual connection between our body and our mind. As students move from one pose to another, strengthening the muscle, mind and spirit, we will learn to express praise and gratitude for God's gifts through caring for and maintaining our most prized blessing - the body. This Christ-centered workshop will close with relaxation, prayer and inward meditation, as we guide the heart back to our initial intent set at the beginning of the workshop. Music for the class will be a calming, joyful fusion of Christian music and relaxing instrumentals. “You surely know that your body is a temple where the Holy Spirit lives. The Spirit is in you and is a gift from God. You are no longer your own. God paid a great price for you. So use your body to honor God.” 1Cor.6:19-20
Sunset Yoga Chill
A mid-week opportunity to re-balance & re-charge! This evening class offers a traditional hatha experience with a blend of mind-quieting opportunities that include combinations of pranayama (breath work), restorative poses, relaxation exercises and guided meditations. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! Appropriate for all levels including beginners to intermediate.
Sunrise Flow
A true vinyasa alarm clock for the soul... Wake up and vibrate the rhythm of your body to this smooth mix of hypnotic sun salutations, creative flows and general early morning radiance. Celebrate your true greatness--get out of bed and into the light! Falling somewhere between the strong beginner and intermediate level, expect healthy movement and a true taste of awesome.
Yoga 101
New to Yoga? Not so new to yoga and want to perfect that pose you have trouble with or want to deepen and refine your practice? Yoga 101 is a traditional Hatha class that focuses on a different asana group or groups each week to promote understanding of foundational postures The groups will include stabilizing postures, standing postures, hip openers/twists and forward folds/backbends presented as an ongoing 4 week series.

Pilates
A series of gentle, muscle strengthening exercises formulated by Dr. Joseph Pilates during the 1920's. An educational exercise approach using the proper body mechanics, movements, truncal and pelvic stabilization, coordinated breathing, and muscle contractions to promote strengthening. Attention is paid to the entire musculoskeletal system.
